One Location.
Two Therapists.
La Grange Counseling Center houses two quality, licensed, independent therapists with a similar passion for helping others develop awareness, build empowerment, and find change.
Meet Christine! As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Christine's approach to therapy is trauma-informed and relational. She aims to provide a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental space that focuses on understanding what drives symptoms and behaviors.
Receiving a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, Christine integrates trauma-informed and internal family systems (IFS) concepts to help clients understand the internal conflicts that often leave clients in cyclical compulsive behaviors.
Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented. Her work is grounded in the belief that symptoms often develop as attempts to cope with overwhelming emotions, stress, trauma, or unmet attachment needs.
All clinical work is reviewed under supervision of Dwayne Frei, LPC-S, in accordance with Texas State Board requirements.
