Meet the Independant Therapists

Christine is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Receiving a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine, her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented.

Christine integrates trauma-informed and parts-based concepts to help clients understand the internal conflicts that often drive compulsive behaviors and symptoms. Her relational and culturally-sensitive style aims to provide evidence-based, ethical care in a supportive, non-shaming environment.

Christine’s work is especially helpful for individuals who feel stuck in cycles of relapse, secrecy, or harsh self-criticism and are ready to understand themselves differently—not as broken, but as human.
